52-year-old Paul Johansson is slamming Mercedes Connor, the mother of his five-year-old son, after she filed a temporary restraining order against the One Tree Hill star. What is Paul saying in response to her legal action? Apparently, she gave their child sleeping pills, according to TMZ. Mercedes claimed in her restraining order that Paul totally lashed out at her when their son had a food allergy scare. But, in Paul’s response, he says she’s actually the one messing things up for their kid, knocking him out with meds. How messed up is that?

Paul, who once played Dan Scott on the hit CW show, is also accusing his baby mama of being the negligent one during the food allergy incident, saying she was busying herself with her phone when the child was going through the attack, and only put it down when Paul insisted she get the boy medication. So, now the temporary restraining order has been lifted, but that doesn’t mean all is said and done.

The pair are obviously have some serious issues and may be looking at some time in court to figure things out. We really hope everything goes well though, seeing as we only want what is best for the child, who deserves all the love and attention he can get from his parents.
