Aw! Jinger Duggar, 22, and Jeremy Vuolo, 28, just KEEP taking their relationship further and further with each new episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On. And during the Sept. 20 show, the couple reunited just two days after Jinger returned to Arkansas after visiting Jeremy in Texas. But even better? The former soccer pro picked out a gorgeous diamond ring for his ladylove — and it’s gorgeous!

Jeremy and Jinger’s brother-in-law Ben Seewald, 21, are BFFs, so naturally Ben helped Jeremy plan his secret trip to Arkansas. Jinger’s sister, Jessa Duggar Seewald, 23, was also in on the plan and helped distract Jinger by taking her to a restaurant, which is where Jeremy surprised her.

“It seems kind of too fast for me sometimes,” Jessa told the camera of Jinger and Jeremy’s relationship. But despite her reservations, she served as the perfect wingman and totally helped Jeremy pull off his adorable surprise! Although traffic put Jeremy and Ben a bit behind schedule, Jeremy’s grand entrance went off without a hitch and needless to say, Jinger was completely “shocked.”
In fact, she thought Jeremy’s surprise was “the best thing ever!” Aw! “I feel like I’m in a dream,” she excitedly told her BF as they half-hugged after his big reveal. And seriously — Jinger’s face when Jeremy showed up was SO priceless! Producers even rewound and played it back in slow motion. Talk about epic!
But before Jeremy crashed Jinger and Jessa’s sister date, Jeremy and Ben went to look at rings! Jeremy told Ben he just wanted to go and LOOK, but of course he couldn’t resist buying one for his future fiancee, and he ended up purchasing one on the spot.
Jinger’s dad, Jim Bob Duggar, was also there, which made the moment all the more special. After all, picking out engagement rings at White’s Jewelers is a family tradition. “I’ve known [Jinger] for over a year,” Jeremy gushed to the cameras. “I’ve thought about proposing for weeks now.”
And when he saw THE ring, he just knew it was the “perfect” one for his future wife! “I thought of Jinger immediately,” he said. “It was her size, no wonder it was screaming at me — it’s really beautiful.” And we couldn’t agree more! Jeremy definitely did well. Now we just can’t wait for him to show it Jinger and ask her to marry him, which, according to next week’s preview, looks like it may be happening on the Sept. 27 episode!
