Although Tom is already paying $400,000 a year in child support, Katie is looking for even more money, as he hasn’t seen their little Suri Cruise, 10, for more than two years now. “She’s fed up. Some friends say they’re headed back to court, where they would have an explosive showdown,” an insider told Life & Style. “And, they say, Katie feels she would triumph.”
Katie is supposedly ready to unleash the beast if need be, as the source added she has some “bombshell secrets” from her six-year marriage to Tom. Not only is she ready to expose the reasons for Tom’s absence in Suri’s life, but she also has some dirt on his allegiance to Scientology that could “destroy” him. Yikes, Tom better watch his back!

But as much as Katie is ready to ruin Tom in court, he’ll apparently be putting up a fight too. Tom’s lawyers are ready to fight with the argument that Tom has indeed paid the previously greed-upon child support amount — so it’s not going to be an easy ordeal for Katie, either!
Katie’s rep tells us that there is “no truth” to this pending court battle, but surely Katie is frustrated with Tom’s lack of involvement with his daughter. While Katie has full custody of Suri, Tom reportedly hasn’t put any effort forth, not even calling his daughter while they’ve been apart for the four years since he and Katie divorced. In fact, one report said that he hasn’t actually seen his little girl in 1,000 days! If Katie does want more money out of Tom, his absence in Suri’s life is going to make it pretty hard for him to fight it!
