1. He was an Olympic Swimmer.
Robby was part of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity while at Florida State University, but mostly he focused on swimming — he set the record while on his way to competing in the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2012. He was also a sales manager for Myrtha Pools USA, a model for Molinari Models and Talent, and is working on his Masters in Finance from the University of Miami.

2. There’s girlfriend drama.
Before telling JoJo he loved her, he shared a really emotional story about losing his best friend in a car accident. After that, he broke up with his girlfriend of three years — Hope Higginbotham, and headed on the show. Later on this season, we’ll see JoJo ask him if he dumbed her to come on, and we know that now there’s a romance brewing between she and Chad Johnson.
3. He looks oddly like Will Forte.
Apparently, the entire world thinks that Robby really resembles Will Forte — even Will agrees. He tweeted it at the actor once, and he responded with, “Ha! I’ve heard that too-but I think they mean it like I look like your old decrepit uncle. Good luck on the show.” That was followed up by Robbie posting a photo with his head on a little boy on Will’s shoulders calling him Uncle Will. “Oh the memories. You’ve always been my favorite nephew,” he answered.

If you scroll through his Instagram, there are a lot of shots of him with his brothers, and his mom. And for his Bachelorette bio he was asked who he’d most like to have lunch with. His answer was, “my grandfather on my mom’s side who I never had the chance to meet. My mom speaks so highly of him and tells me we are extremely similar in the men we grew to become.” He also wants 3-5 kids!
5. He’s a gym rat.
During the show, we constantly saw Chad working out, but oddly enough, it’s Robby who appears online to be the one who’s always at the gym >he even posted a fake throwback pic of a sonogram that showed a baby lifting weights.
