We are so happy for Becca Tobin and her boyfriend, Zach Martin. On Monday, May 16, Becca revealed the exciting news that Zach had popped the question on her podcast, LadyGang. But, before making the official announcement she was spotted wearing a sparkler on her left finger on Saturday, May 14, at the Shaky Knees Music Festival.
“I got engaged!” Becca told her co-hosts, Keltie Knight and Jac Vanek. However, Becca revealed that sharing the news wasn’t as exciting as the engagement itself. “This hurts me so much because this is the part of being engaged that I don’t want, so this is painful for me.”
Becca also shared that she thought Zach was kidding at first! “I thought he was kidding when he had the ring in front of my face! I thought it was fake.” Thankfully, it wasn’t, and now Becca will be tying the knot to her longtime boyfriend sooner rather than later. So sweet!

This moment is also incredibly bittersweet for Becca, as the two year anniversary of the shocking death of her former boyfriend, Matt Bendik, is coming up in July 2016. Matt was 35 years old when he was found dead inside a Philadelphia hotel, and sources told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he was preparing to propose to Becca shortly before he died. So sad.
It’s great that Becca was able to move on from such tragedy and open her heart to love once again. Hopefully her and Zach will be very happy together in their new life as Mr. and Mrs.!
