Selena Gomez is such a good sport! The former Disney starlet recounted an awkward encounter with the one and only Diddy, when he handed her his valet ticket because he thought she was the valet.
Selena Gomez would be one gorgeous valet driver! The singer sat down with GQ and revealed just how ridiculous Hollywood can be at times and one instance involved her and Sean Combs aka Diddy. The 23-year-old said that one night she was out at a big Hollywood event rubbing elbows with our favorite celebrities and she said Diddy asked her to go get his car. Wait … what?!
“Or when P. Diddy gave me his valet ticket once. Do you know what I mean?” she laughed. The interviewer pressed her to ask how on earth this happened! “Because he thought I was the valet lady … Look, I see all of it. I don’t care—I actually laughed hysterically when it happened. But I get it. I know what all of it is.” But how on earth did he not recognize this former Disney princess? Selena has over 74 million Instagram followers, the most of anyone on this social medium and Diddy hands her his valet ticket? Unbelievable, but she’s such an amazing sport about it! She also got candid about her battle with the autoimmune disease, lupus. “I have lupus. I was in the ICU for two and a half weeks. I was in this exact same room,” Selena said, disputing reports she was in rehab at the time. “I don’t ever really like to sit and dwell on what that experience was. Was it fun? No. Is it fun to have it? No.” She continued: “I got diagnosed with lupus. My mom had a very public miscarriage. So I had to cancel my tour. I needed time to just be okay. And I was going through [chemotherapy] and I went to two different locations for those treatments.” Click here to read more of Sel’s interview with GQ!
