While Justin can pull off practically any outfit, we’re not quite sure the skirt is the most flattering silhouette on the star — especially when the Biebs looks so good, even when he’s wearing practically nothing. Whether he’s rocking dapper, slim-cut suits or just his underwear, we can’t get enough of Bieber’s style — and we can’t wait to see what else he shows off while on tour.
