While outside a bar on 6th street at approximately 7:45 p.m., Shia appeared to be extremely drunk when he allegedly ran down the street and jaywalked in front of police, TMZ claims. They reportedly asked him to stop, but he continued while acting “bizarre.” And that’s when police stopped him and arrested him.

Shia was reportedly enjoying an evening at the Austin City Limits music festival. HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Shia’s rep for comment.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Shia’s had a run-in with the law. The actor was also arrested in June 2014 for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass for being loud and disruptive during a live Broadway performance of Cabaret. On the Oct. 13, 2014 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Shia explained that he had just gotten back from Ireland, where he had been drinking whiskey 24/7, and while at a Manhattan bar, he went outside for a smoke break, which is when he ran into a homeless marine and got into a fight. When Shia lost sight of the homeless man, a random fan invited him to a showing of Cabaret, which he thought would be “fun” to do. But when actor Alan Cumming walked past him, things went awry. Shia said he slapped and “grabbed” Alan because he wanted the “party” in his “pants.” We’re not exactly sure what that means, but Shia was arrested for doing it. And now, he’s been arrested again. He has also been accused of peeing on the side of a restaurant before.
