In the first leaked image, a clothed Stella is shown hand feeding the topless pop princess a mouthful of cake. The “Party In The USA” singer appears to be nude in the shot, wearing only a gold wrist cuff with what look like black feathers sprouting from it. The pair are surrounded by sexy models at what looks to be rocking party, or what for Miley is probably a typical Tuesday night.
