Calvin Harris is allegedly getting ready to propose to Taylor Swift. And as if that’s not shocking enough, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY the ‘Bad Blood’ singer doesn’t want a prenuptial agreement — she thinks they’re ‘totally unromantic.’
Taylor Swift, 25, and Calvin Harris, 31, have been “insanely happy” together since they first started dating just four months ago. Now, the Scottish DJ is allegedly planning to propose to T-Swizzle. So will Forbes’ highest paid celebrity couple have the most epic prenup ever? Not quite.
Taylor believes in fairytales again, thanks to Calvin, and a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she’s so in love with him, she may marry him without drawing up a prenuptial agreement. “Taylor hates the idea of having a prenup when she gets married. She thinks it’s so unromantic — it’s like giving up before you even start. When she gets married, she wants it to be forever, no prenup required.”
We totally get why Taylor wouldn’t want to plan for a possible divorce — total buzzkill. But, our source is quick to point out that Tay Tay’s management will be pushing for a hefty legal document. “Her dad and her whole money team are going to want her to sign one, of course. But Taylor just thinks the whole topic is so distasteful — they’ll be fighting her on it.” This is one fight Taylor might be better off losing.
Taylor Swift & Calvin Harris’: Inside Their Possible $200 Million Prenup
If Taylor’s team has their way, she will sign a prenup before she and Calvin walk down the aisle. A new report claims it will be the biggest prenup Hollywood has ever seen. “Taylor’s worth over $200 million, and he’s worth about half that, so we’re talking some serious negotiations,” a source close to the couple tells Life & Style‘s Aug. 10 issue.
“Taylor and Calvin plan to be together forever, but when you have as much money as they do, you have to be practical. Their attorneys aren’t taking any chances. It could be the biggest prenup Hollywood has ever seen!” Wow, with that much money on the line, it would be completely crazy not to sign a prenup.
