Nina Dobrev Leaving ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Reason — Ian Somerhalder Is To Blame
“The reason Nina quit The Vampire Diaries is because she finds it too awkward to be on set with Ian now that they’ve split. Our source insists that Nikki didn’t make Nina feel uncomfortable. In fact, Nikki has only been to the set once, and that was the day Ian directed his episode. So Nina’s decision is based more on the fact that she just feels “awkward” being around Ian — they’re not even friends anymore, our source claims. And now that Nina is leaving, everyone’s really worried about the future of the show.
