The pair are “gym buddies!” Our source explained “Chris and Kate go to the gym together – and that’s just one of the activities they like to do.”
They often train together at Tracy Anderson in Studio City.

We know that Chris’ ex Gwyneth hasn’t handled him dating other women well in the past.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Gwyneth allegedly had a “major meltdown” when she learned that Chris had reunited with former fling Jennifer Lawrence, 24, in October after spending some time apart.
Gwyn even reportedly smoked a cigarette and had a drink to take the edge off, which is very out of character for her. Chris spending so much time with Kate makes us wonder what Gwyn thinks — she must not be too thrilled!
