Patrick and Jillian's split appears to be getting very ugly. The 'Grey's Anatomy' actor's ex-wife filed for divorce on Jan. 23, and divorce documents reportedly indicate that Jillian may be going after Patrick's $40 million fortune! Find out all the details. In Jillian Fink's divorce filing on Jan. 23, she allegedly cited irreconcilable differences and requested spousal and child support from Patrick Dempsey, according to a new report. Also, the couple seems to have no prenuptial agreement, so that means the Grey's Anatomy actor could end up losing millions of dollars.

On top of requesting spousal support from the actor, 49, Jillian asked the court to deny him any support from her, according to Radar Online. She also allegedly “requested to keep her jewelry, as well as her earnings from and after the date of their separation.”

She also reportedly stated that “additional separate property assets” will be determined in the divorce proceedings.

Custody of their three kids, Talula Fyfe, 12, and twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, 7, will also need to be figured out, but Jillian requested child support in her divorce filing.

Furthermore, Jillian wants Patrick to pay her attorneys feed, Radar Online claims.

Patrick is currently worth $40 million dollars, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com, and he earns $350 thousand per episode on ABC’s long-running series Grey’s Anatomy.

According to California law, without a prenup, Jillian is entitled to half of everything earned during the marriage.

Following the initial report, Patrick and his celebrity makeup artist ex-wife released a heartfelt statement, confirming the split.

“It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage.  Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family’s privacy at this very sensitive time,” they said in a joint statement, according to TMZ.
