Has Selena become a different person since reuniting with Justin? With Selena ending her professional relationship with her parents on April 10, a new report claims that her family and friends are extremely concerned that she's totally under Justin's thumb, just letting herself be controlled by him. Selena Gomez's family and friends reportedly tried very hard to keep her from reuniting with Justin Bieber, but their protests clearly fell on deaf ears. And now that Selena looks more in love with Justin than ever -- and has even fired her parents as managers -- those close to her fear that she's been manipulated and turned into a "robot" by her on-again, off-again boyfriend.

Selena Gomez: Brainwashed By Justin Bieber?

When Selena and Justin tried to get back together in January, it was a disaster. They reportedly disagreed about everything and Selena wasn’t letting Justin push her around, which was a big problem for the Biebs. But this time, it reportedly doesn’t seem like Selena is standing up for herself as much.

“Selena is now acting a little brainwashed and not challenging a thing Justin says,” a source tells Radar Online. “There was a time not long ago where they were fighting and arguing about their relationship, and now she’s like a robot and completely in his thrall.”

Selena’s friends and family have always worried about how persuasive Justin is, and how much of a magnet he seems to be for Selena, but this most recent reunion reportedly takes the cake. “Whatever he did to keep her from moving on from the relationship worked a little bit too well, because it’s like she’s a completely different person,” the source added.

Selena Gomez Is ‘Different’: Even Changing Friends!

“Brainwashed” seems like a pretty strong word, but it is true that Selena’s been acting differently since hooking up with Justin again. For example, it seems like she’s traded in BFF Taylor Swift — who’s notoriously loathed Justin — for Kendall and Kylie Jenner!

After Selena and Kendall had lunch together on March 21, the three girls were spotted partying up a storm at Diddy‘s son, Christian Combs‘ birthday party on April 4. Then at Coachella over the weekend of April 11, the trio was literally inseparable. And considering how Kendall dated Taylor’s ex, Harry Styles, for a bit, it’s safe to say that Kendall is about as opposite from Taylor as Selena could get.
