Kristin Cavallari’s Pregnancy Diet & Fitness Regime
Kristin, who is pregnant with her second child, has stayed in incredible shape during her pregnancy. So of course HollywoodLife.com had to find out how she does it, especially now that she’s so busy with her new show, The Fabulist!
“I work out 3-4 times a week, and I don’t push myself too hard,” Kristin shared.
And as far as her eating habits?
“I’m a very healthy eater, and I maintain that during pregnancy. I just give in to cravings more than normal.”
Kristin is so lucky to have a natural knack for healthy eating. It must be nice to have an occasional extra cookie or two and then blame it on your baby bump though!
Kristin Says: No More Babies For A Couple Of Years
Kristin and her husband, Jay Cutler, got married in June 2013. The couple have one child together, a one-year-old son named Camden.
Even though Camden and her second child will be close in age, Kristin told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she doesn’t plan on having any more children for at least two years.
“We’ll probably try for another one in a couple years,” Kristin shared.
But how many children do her and Jay want in total?
“Jay would love to have one or two more,” the television personality gushed.
