THANK YOU for clearing up and presenting facts Whitehaven.

This is exactly what I mean when some of the stories are presented to the public. We only hear or read one side of everything. Political agenda,,,would not be surprised.

Always try to find out the other side if possible of any article OR anything you read, see or hear. There is alway the negative, middle and then the REAL truth TO EVERYTHING.

Love how the internet brings out the stupidity of people who don’t even know the full situation.

Judge Joe Brown is running for the seat of District Attorney of Shelby County here in Memphis. He went with an friend (who is an attorney down at Memphis’s juvenile court) to see the corruption that is taken place down there (intentionally trying children as adults, not providing the children safety from safe-harm and mistreatment of the children). There was also a lady down there that had a 22-year running case involving some weird creepy guy all the way from Virginia claiming that the woman is the mother of his daughter (the lady stated that she only has one biological child and that child is a boy). She asked Judge Joe Brown for help about her case and he agreed to help her pro bono (latin for “for free”). Judge Joe Brown tried to get her case dismissed for her (since it’s been going on for 22 freaking years) and the Magistrate of Memphis Juvenile Court, Harold Horn was filling in for Amy Weirich, who is the REAL judge of the juvenile court system in Memphis (and is also running for District Attorney of Shelby Country as well). What the Memphis news media wanted to keep in the dark is that Harold Horn doesn’t have a beauftiful record of what all he’s done while serving down there.

This incident is entirely politically driven to ruin Judge Joe Brown’s reputation here in Memphis and ruin his chances of winning Shelby County District Attorney election.

Judge Joe Brown was also released from jail a bit before 7:00 pm here in Memphis on the same day he got arrested. The criminal court judge of Shelby County, James C. Beasley (who btw, is his opponent in the upcoming race) signed an order releasing Joe Brown. So Judge Joe Brown is currently NOT in jail.
