Marriage rumors started circulating when the couple were reportedly spotted getting matching tattoos on their ring fingers in early November, according to the Daily Mail.
Then, in the Instagram video she posted for a friend’s birthday in November, Kelly let the cat out of the bag when she excitedly blew the camera a kiss. We got a clear view of the star’s ring finger, and it was a sparkly sight!
