Camille Grammer Abused By Boyfriend? — Former ‘Housewife’ Wins Restraining Order
Camille says that the fight started after a woman texted Dimitri, 35, and called him screaming at 1:30 a.m, according to the declaration obtained by TMZ. She alleges Dimitri grabbed her by the hair and repeatedly slammed her head into the headboard of the bed, pulling out clumps of her hair. When she tried to call for help, he allegedly smashed her phone. TMZ has obtained photos of Camille’s smashed iPhone and her hair.
The alleged abuse continued for 40 minutes to an hour, Camille says, claiming Dimitri “squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing.”
She accuses him of “repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilizing me,” and telling her, “I wanna smash your head in. I’ll give you a reason to call the cops.”
Camille, who has been dating Greek lawyer Dimitri since 2011, says she feared for her life during the alleged attack, which ended when he left the hotel room.
A judge gave Camille a temporary restraining order against Dimitri, ordering him to stay 100 yards away from her and her two children, Mason Olivia Grammer and Jude Gordon Grammer.

Camille underwent surgery for early stage endometrial cancer on Oct. 11, just days before the alleged attack.
She is “expected to make a complete recovery” after undergoing a “radical hysterectomy,” her rep, Howard Bragman, said at the time.
“The surgery went well and she is expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period,” Howard told People magazine.
Camille was at an “elevated risk due to genetic issues,” he added.
