The boomerang kept going; it was President Obamas health reform effort that gave Ryan a new lease on life. Together with Senator Tom Coburn and a handful of other conservative allies, he offered a right-of-center proposal for coverage expansion. Though Ryans plan wasnt embraced by most members of the Republican caucus, it established him as a thought leader on the right. After Republicans won the House in 2010, Speaker John Boehner named Ryan chairman of the House Budget Committee, a role he used to great effect. Rather than stick to setting broad goals and priorities, Ryan devised a budget proposal that set the agenda for conservatives for years to come on entitlement reform. At the time, many of them saw Ryans call for a market-oriented overhaul of Medicare as politically suicidal. And indeed, President , devoting an entire speech in April 2011 to attacking it. The president went so far as to characterize Ryans agenda as thinly veiled Social Darwinism.

Both Baker and Stella are Reticulated Giraffes who are endangered in the wild so Fossil Rim is very excited about the births.

The move follows the failure of MPs to agree on a new electoral law.

In order for the deal to go through, Lowe’s offer must win the auction process and receive bankruptcy court approval. An alternate bidder must beat Lowe’s offer by at least $12 million. The companies said they expect the deal to close within three months.

Gah! This show makes me crazy. Regarding Rachel’s callback, 1) it doesn’t matter how well you sing it, a Celine Dion song is never, ever, ever appropriate for a Broadway callback for Funny Girl. I wanted to see Rachel sing something from the show and “put her own stamp on it.” 2) “We’ll let you know” at a callback for a Broadway show without a “do you have an uptempo?” or “Let’s do a scene” or “Could you try it this way?” is a “NO.” Why can’t this show filled with people with Broadway creds do anything remotely realistic when it comes to this storyline? Frustrating.

Needed way more Rachel. Sad to see Kurt and Santana stuck back in l Lima with their ship anchors like they had no movement at all this season

It was your average mid-season episode – not what you’d expect from a finale. I don’t know what they can do to improve the show at this point. The comedy aspect is all but gone from Lima now with Brittany gone and Sue hardly ever there. I did shed a few tears at Brittany’s speech though mainly because it was more like the cast saying goodbye to Heather for now, rather than Brittany and you could see how much she is loved by them all.

Not a bad episode in and of itself but an EPIC FAIL as the season finale!

I was surprised that Brittany left Sam, that Unique exposed herself as the catfish, and that Blaine and Kurt didn’t getting engaged. We were also really left hanging when Rachel still didn’t get an answer on if she got the Funny Girl role. I was at work at DISH tonight when this was on but wasn’t going to miss it so I recorded it. I had my DISH Hopper set up to record all primetime shows on FOX with the PrimeTime Anytime feature. This way I didn’t worry about remembering to set up an individual timer.

The episode seemed a bit rushed and not put together well. Unless they really turn this around…we are probably seeing the end of glee. Appears the the writers are out of ideas and causes.

Glee needs to get back to basics. Britt was beyond annoying and the writers could have mentioned Finn at least ONCE. This season has to be the worst. Lea Michele was awesome, but she was barely on in this episode at all. For the season finale, it was uneven, disjointed and very disappointing. What made Glee special for at least the first 2 seasons is gone. If you look at the Nielson’s the ratings have taken a significant plunge. I think Ryan Murphy has too many irons in the fire and Glee is suffering.

yes back to basics follow the real stars and interesting cast that got you were they are. More Rachel, Kurt, Finn. Enough of the boring newbies, Blaine and Sam.
