Daniel Radcliffe is quite the gentleman. The actor reveals that he wanted to help his co-presenter Kristen Stewart at The Oscars, and even thought of actually picking her up at one point. How sweet!
Although Kristen Stewart managed to walk out on stage without her crutches at The Academy Awards on Feb. 24, Daniel Radcliffe was tempted to “pick her up and carry her onto the stage”.
While at The Governor’s Ball, Daniel told revealed to E! News that he wanted to be more supportive of his co-presenter Kristen who had to hobble her way onto the stage.
“I felt so bad,” Daniel said. “I just wanted to pick her up, put her in my arms and carry her onto the stage.” That sounds so romantic!
“I probably would have dropped her and opened her wound again,” Daniel joked.
Kristen Stewart & Daniel Radcliffe Meet For The First Time
Kristen and Daniel obviously have a mutual friend…Robert Pattinson. But interestingly enough, this was the very first time the two met each other.
“I felt like this was a long time coming,” Daniel said. “I feel like we’ve been meant to meet.This was the perfect way. And you know what? She is so nice—really, really nice.”
Kristen Stewart On Crutches & Limping At Oscars
After an accident that left her with a foot injury, Kristen was forced to attend the Oscars with a pair of crutches. Her manicurist Ashlie Johnson told Us Weekly, “She had sliced her foot and everyone was worrying about would she wear heels or flats or one heel, crutches or no crutches. She tried so many options, she was really a trouper.”
Rob’s Reaction Of Kristen’s Oscar Duties?
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Rob didn’t even call Kristen to congratulate her!
A source tells us, “Kristen Stewart was VERY depressed at the Oscars. She thought Robert Pattinson would at least call and congratulate her but he didn’t at all. She kept her phone near her and checked it for texts but they never came.”
Should Rob Contact Kristen?
