Khloe has made great strides in her weight loss, but she’s still struggling with cellulite.
Khloe Kardashian has been working out nonstop with her husband Lamar Odom, but like the rest of us, the brunette beauty still suffers from annoying cellulite.” Women tend to have cellulite as a normal way that our bodies store fat,” explains Alicia Hunter, weight expert and author of The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox.
Khloe, 27, recently dropped 20 pounds in 20 days through diet and exercise, but as many studies have proven, cellulite is largely genetic. Despite her enviable curves, Kim Kardashian has also struggled with cellulite and even sought out professional treatment to get rid of the unsightly dimples.
“I work out extremely hard and am happy with my shape… cellulite, not so much! No matter how much working out you do, it just doesn’t help!” Kim posted on her blog back in 2008.
While non-surgical treatment options that massage the needed area and stimulate blood circulation can be effective (and pricey!), Alicia cautions that cellulite can quickly return without continued use.
“Khloe could try a few do-it-herself treatments, such as combining olive oil and coffee grounds and massaging the mixture onto her skin using a rough brush,” reveals Alicia. “When caffeine is absorbed into the skin, it can help tighten blood vessels and reduce the lumpy appearance of cellulite.”
