A source says that J.P. threw a party for his friends to meet Ashley — and about 40 people in attendance got to watch Ashley break out her dance moves!
Bachelorette Ashley Hebert sure does like to be the center of attention, especially when it comes to exhibiting her dance moves. During this past season she had a whole group date dedicated to her performance with the Jabbawockeez dance group in Las Vegas and even set up a flash mob dance for another one-on-one date. But most recently, Ashley broke out her belly dancing moves on Aug. 6 at the party her fiance J.P. Rosenbaum threw in NYC at restaurant Casa La Femme to celebrate their engagement!
“Ashley danced with the belly dancers,” an insider tells Us magazine. “She’s such a good sport about it.”
J.P. planned the party so that his friends could finally meet the love of his life. About 40 people attended.
“That they don’t have to keep this a secret anymore,” a pal says. “They’re so happy to be able to just be a couple and show everyone how in love they are with one another.”
It was at this celebration that the 41 Cake Boss cupcakes were served. The large red velvet one was “so heavy — 9 inches tall,” describes the source. “It took three of [J.P.'s friends] to pick it up!” the insider says.
Earlier in the day, Ashley and J.P. grabbed breakfast at Coffee Shop and then went for a walk with Ashley’s sister Chrystie Hebert-Corns and some friends.
The night before, Ashley and J.P. enjoyed a romantic dinner at NYC hot spot Beauty & Essex. Ashley almost forgot her purse!
