Tori Spelling Reportedly Living in $18k per Month Rental With Kids After Staying in Motel & RV Amid Dean McDermott Divorce

The actress’ new home is reportedly ‘fully furnished’ and in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles, CA.

Tori Spelling, 50, and her five kids are out of a motel and in a new lavish rental home, according to Daily Mail. The actress, who, is going through a divorce from husband Dean McDermott, 56, is living in a “fully furnished” location in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles, CA, the outlet reported. The apparent rent is $18,000 monthly, and is a single-story, 3,300-square-foot property that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a guest house with its own bathroom.

The home reportedly has a lot of “natural light” and the amenities include hardwood floors, large sliding glass doors, flat screen TVs, a gaming room and plush furniture. It also reportedly includes a large pool, a patio, an outdoor entertainment space and a dining area, which accommodates up to six guests.

The new report comes after Tori was seen looking at moving trucks and a storage facility in Los Angeles last week, the outlet claimed. Since her separation from Dean, which was announced in June, the doting mom and her kids, including  Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6, have been living in various rental homes, budget motels and an RV. Dean has also romantically moved on with Lily Calo.

Four months ago, when Tori and Dean’s split was announced, the latter wrote that he had a “heavy heart” when sharing the news. “It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post.

Tori and Dean were married in 2006 and will continue to co-parent their five children. Although their split has been getting  a lot of attention, Tori recently told paparazzi that she feels she “always look better” on her “own.” She also defended living in a cheap motel with her children at the time. “Are you a parent? You know you will do whatever you can for your kids, right?” she told a reporter.
