Emma Stone Reportedly Buying London Home Close To Ex Andrew Garfield — Will They Reunite?

Is Emma Stone moving close to her ex? A new report says she’s looking at homes in London — right near where Andrew Garfield lives! Get the details, here.

We still haven’t fully recovered from when Emma Stone, 29, and Andrew Garfield, 34, ended their relationship in 2015, but it looks like there might be some hope for a reunion. The Easy A actress will begin filming Cruella in London soon, and to prep for her role, she’s reportedly looking to buy a home in the Hampstead Heath neighborhood of the city, according to Life&Style. Andrew, who has dual-citizenship in the United States and United Kingdom, “has a break from work and is also planning to spend more time in London,” a source told the magazine. While that doesn’t necessarily mean the pair will reunite, another source did claim that Emma, “has said that she’s excited to spend any downtime she has from filming with him.”

While we’d probably all be excited about these two rekindling their romance, we aren’t totally convinced it’ll happen. They’ve remained friendly since their split, so even if they did start hanging out again, it wouldn’t automatically mean it would be in a romantic capacity. The Academy Award winning actress is reportedly dating Saturday Night Live director and writer Dave McCary, 32, and has been since July 2017. We’ve even seen Andrew and Emma interact since her current romance went public! At the Governors Awards on Nov. 11, 2017, the former couple were photographed talking to one another, and both looked incredibly happy and at ease.

Of course, even if a rekindled romance isn’t on the horizon for the former flames, the Amazing Spider-Man stars have remained one of the most gracious, supportive ex-couples in Hollywood. While Andrew and Emma were each nominated for Best Actor and Actress in 2017 for their roles in Hacksaw Ridge and La La Land respectively, the latter ended up winning the Oscar — which Andrew had nothing but nice things to say about. “It was beautiful to see someone you love being acknowledged like that. I was so pleased for her,” he told the Evening Standard on Dec. 14. While we’d obviously love seeing these two back together, we can definitely appreciate how sweet they remain to be toward one another even when there isn’t a romance going on.
