Lady Gaga: Did She Have Work Done On Her Face? Plastic Surgeon Speaks

Fans freaked when Lady Gaga took the stage on ‘The X Factor’ on Dec. 5, and not just because it was an amazing performance. People couldn’t stop talking about her seemingly different face! A plastic surgeon tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY what he thinks, right here.

Could Lady Gaga, 30, have had plastic surgery?! Fans were losing their minds on Dec. 5 when she showed up to perform on The X Factor, because something about her face was a little, um, different. Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. McCoy Moretz tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY what he thinks she may have done to get her new look.

“Lady Gaga looks as though she may have had a non-surgical nose job,” said Dr. Moretz. “This would involve fillers, such Juvederm or Radiesse, and Botox. The Botox can be used to lift the tip of the nose, and the fillers can be used to smooth irregular contours. Overall, her nose looks better.”

Whoa! So it sounds like it’s unlikely that Gaga actually went under the knife. However, she just looked normal when she performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 30. How did she change her look so quick? “This kind of procedure can be done in the office in 45 minutes, with no down time,” explains Dr. Mortez. “The Botox will last from 3-4 months and the fillers up to one year. This would cost in the range of $2,500 or up.”

The nose isn’t the only thing Dr. Moretz thinks Gaga worked on. “In the before photo, Lady Gaga’s chin looks recessive,” he says. “In the more recent photo, her chin appears to be more full and more proportioned to her face. This could have been done with fillers. Her cheeks also look fuller, which could be the result of fillers as well. Overall, I think she looks better than before.” We think she’s beautiful no matter what!

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Lady Gaga’s new look? Is it just the magic of makeup or did she get fillers like Dr. Moretz says? Share your thoughts with us!
