Derek Jeter: Why His Friends Think His Marriage To Hannah Davis Will Last

Baseball super stud Derek Jeter has dated Scarlett Johansson, Adriana Lima, Jessica Alba, and many more rich, famous stunners, but his friends swear Hannah Davis is the only one who has staying power. Hollywoodlife.com has all the EXCLUSIVE deets on why Derek’s pals are almost as smitten as he is!

Derek Jeter, who celebrated his 42nd birthday on June 26, wed Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Hannah Davis, 26, on Saturday, July 9, in a picture-perfect wedding in Napa Valley. The notorious ladies man has finally settled down and his friends and family think it’s for good!

“Derek’s friends absolutely adore Hannah because she has made Derek so happy,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It turns out he’s kind of a one-woman man, and all those years that he was playing the field,  he was not nearly as relaxed and content as he is with Hannah.”

The leggy beauty, who hails from The Virgin Islands, has actually been seeing Jeter for four years, so she’s already proved she has staying power. The impossibly gorgeous duo began their courtship back in 2012, right after Derek split with ‘Friday Night Lights’ star Minka Kelly, 36, his girlfriend of 3 years.

Hannah is actually an amazing athlete herself, and says she got into modeling to buy tennis rackets! She keeps her body bikini ready with tennis, yoga, and horseback riding, so we know she and her new hubby won’t be putting on post-wedding pounds anytime soon!

“She actually has this very bawdy sense of humor and loves beer, so any time Derek has a ‘boy’s night out,’ he brings Hannah,” our source added. “She’s ‘one of the guys’ trapped in the body of a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model!”

This sounds like a marriage made in heaven, huh? It seems Derek’s friends think he and Hannah will last forever, and we certainly hope they’re right! Congrats again, Derek and Hannah!

HollywoodLifers, what do you think? Will this union stand the test of time, or will they hit the 5-year mark and become another Hollywood cliche?
