Caleb Logan’s family is continuing the grieving process after the 13-year-old’s tragic death, but, as they’ve done for five years now, they’re letting the public in. Although the Bratayleys have asked for some privacy during this difficult time, they’re allowing their thousands of followers to witness Caleb’s memorial service on Oct. 6. Watch here.
“Due to an outpouring of support and people’s hope to be part of his memorial, we have decided to live-stream the ceremony tomorrow at 8pm EDT,” the family wrote on Instagram. “Thank you all for your kindness during this difficult time.” The stream will be featured on the Bratayley Facebook page and Periscope account. Caleb tragically died at just 13 years old on Oct. 1 of an “undetected medical condition.” Unfortunately, the family still didn’t have very many answers when they revealed the cause of death on Oct. 5. “Caleb’s death has raised many questions about how and why this could happen to a seemingly healthy boy,” they wrote. “Sadly, tests have confirmed today that Caleb passed away from an undetected medical condition. We’ll have more definitive answers in the coming weeks but ask that you help us celebrate his life instead of focus on his death.”
The teenager starred in daily YouTube videos with his two sisters, Annie and Hayley. This whole news is just so much more sad and shocking because one day before his death, Caleb seemed so full of life in the family’s video for that day. Our thoughts remain with the Bratayley family during this difficult time.
HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Caleb’s family deciding to live stream the memorial?
