Kaley Cuoco, 29, showed off a lot of skin on the cover of Shape — and with good reason. The actress revealed she worked hard for her cover body and even dropped a jean size in the process. Find out how she toned her tummy and how you can copy her natural beauty look.
If you’ve ever doubted that celebs have to try when prepping for their glossy covers, Kaley is not afraid to let you know that she had to put in the effort. “I’ve never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career,” she told the magazine. “But I didn’t starve or kill myself with exercise. I went slowly, and it paid off.”
And it turns out, to get her ridiculously fit body, Kaley turned to yoga! “I owe it 100 percent to yoga,” she said. “Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body.” Kaley told the magazine she switches her yoga routine up, going from a sweaty hot yoga sesh to a sculpting focused routine that incorporates weights.
To show off all of her hard work, Kaley’s hair and makeup were left simple. Jamie Greenberg kept Kaley’s skin clean, focusing on bold brows and light accents with a slightly bronzed eye and pink lip. Christine Symonds styled Kaley’s bob into beachy, textured waves with lots of volume.
Will you be integrating yoga into your fitness routine, HollywoodLifers? What do you think of Kaley’s cover?
