She is both the youngest winner and nominee of the Best Actress in a Supporting Role category.  She took home the Golden Globe for the movie Paper Moon at 10 years old during the 1974 show.

Tatum O'Neal

To this day, she is the youngest person to be nominated in the Best Actress in a Leading Role category for her role in Beasts of the Southern Wild when she was 9.

Quvenzhané Wallis

The now A-List star was just 15 when she won in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama for My So-Called Life.
