No need to go out for brunch! Executive Chef Anthony Keene is sharing the recipe for the famous Banana Pancakes served at Boxwood Restaurant in Beverly Hills.

What you’ll need:

Cups Buttermilk 2 Whole Eggs 3 oz Melted Butter 1 1⁄2 Cup AP Flour 2 Tsp. Baking Soda Salt Bananas

Slice some ripe, but not  too ripe bananas.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separate.

Mix together to get the lumps out and then let it rest.

Heat non-stick pan over medium heat, add batter, cook until bubbles form.

Before you flip, add the banana slices, 3-4 per pancake.

Once the other side is cooked, you have delicious pancakes! Just grab some syrup and enjoy!
