Food & Wine Pairings
HOLIDAY
Take the guess work out of drinks & dinner, with the help of Sommelier and Wine Educator, Kristina Sazama
Pinot Grigio
Pairs best with the star of your holiday dinner – the turkey! (A soufflé would also be lovely!)
Prosecco
Pairs best with a holiday charcuterie board to start, or at the end with sweet holiday cookies!
Chianti
Pairs best with red meats, like roast beef, or pasta dishes.
Rosé
Pairs best with spicy and savory appetizers, perhaps like goat cheese soufflé.
As for the glasses, pour prosecco and rose into a tulip glass; the Pinot Grigio and Chianti should go into a wider, all-purpose wine glass.
