Back in 1989, there wasn’t a kid alive that did love Hi-C's delicious Ecto Cooler drink, based off the massively beloved ‘Ghostbusters’.
With 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife' in theaters this November, it’s time to resurrect the drink, but with a twist – now that you’re an adult!
Introducing “Slimer’s Revenge”, a delicious cocktail that will ensure you’re not afraid of no ghosts!
First, you’ll need some vodka. Try Crystal Head Onyx for a crisp, clean taste.
Next, some fruit: 1 1⁄2 oz. Pineapple Juice and 3⁄4 oz. Lemon Juice should do the trick.
To amp up the sweetness and give it the iconic green-ish look, add 3⁄4 oz. Honey Simple Syrup and 1 tsp. Matcha Powder.
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and Enjoy!
