Josh joined the Disney family originating the role of Olaf, the lovable snowman who likes warm hugs in the movie, Frozen .

The character became so beloved, that Josh returned as Olaf in the sequel, Frozen 2 , as well as several short films and specials.

He even reprised his role for ‘ Olaf Presents ’, a short-series showcasing "retelling" of five favorite Disney animated tales with Olaf playing all the parts. (Aladdin is our favorite!)

In 2017, he brought Gaston’s sidekick LeFou to life on the big-screen in the live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast alongside Emma Watson.

Josh was meant to reprise the role in a prequel series for Disney+. However, the project was sidelined due to the pandemic.

In 2020, Josh appeared in Disney’s fantasy film adaptation Artemis Fowl as Mulch Diggums
