will take you through a quick burn workout that will help you feel great from your fingers to your tummy.

Grab some weights and we’ll start 

with a star movement. 

Next, a bicep curl. Make sure 

to go all the way down. 

Shoulder press next. 

Make sure to take it wide.

Move into landscapers. 

This is for your outer shoulder.

Now, some tricep work. 

Do a row and kick it back.

Time to take it to the floor. 

Start with a laydown push up.

Next, a plank and reach. 

Great for core and arms.

Finish with some openers. 

Great for lower back and shoulders.
