The duo met while filming the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass at the beginning of 2020, and though production was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the stars still struck up a romantic relationship that spring following Megan’s split from Brian Austin Green.
The actress starred in MGK’s music video for “Bloody Valentine.” After that, the relationship went public, and they were inseparable all summer long. The couple traveled to Puerto Rico in July 2020 to resume filming the movie, and MGK couldn’t stop raving about his love in the press — often coming up with truly wild quotes. Despite a few bumps along the way, they became one of Hollywood’s most conspicuous couples.
In November 2024, the pair announced they were expecting their first child together, with Megan revealing her pregnancy. However, shortly after, a report surfaced claiming that the two had broken up by December 2024.
