What better way to celebrate the New Year than with two of our favorite performers Niall Horan, 23, and the fabulous Fergie, 41. “Niall is set to perform on Billboard’s Hollywood Party, which is a segment of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest. He’s really excited that he’ll be back on the show,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

As you may recall, One Direction gave their very last TV performance as a group on the show in 2015.  “Last year he performed with his fellow 1D bandmates, so the fact that he’s (Niall) been invited back as a solo artist is quite the honor. Niall says this is the perfect way to bring in the new year.” We couldn’t agree more!

Keeping up with her tradition, Fergie will return to Billboard’s Hollywood Party as well, our source reveals. The fashionista hosted the big bash last year. The “MILF $” singer recently dropped her new single “Life Goes On”, off her album Double Dutchess which will be released early next year. We can’t wait!

Who could forget Niall’s solo performance debut at the AMAs? The British cutie brought the house down with his acoustic and soulful version of his hit song “This Town”. Since then, Niall has been busy working on his album, and keeping us up to date with his tweets, like the one he posted on Nov. 28: “Good studio times today , pretty cool watching all of it come together slowly . Promo tomorrow , should be fun…”. How awesome!

Ryan Seacrest, 41, will of course be counting down the hours in New York City, with Jenny McCarthy, 44, by his side on Dec. 31, along with tons of amazing performers who haven’t been announced just yet.
