CMA co-host Carrie Underwood, 33, has been keeping us guessing for far too long! If you follow the country cutie on social media, you’ll know that she’s been sharing sneak peeks of the grande event. From her dress to the first hosting meeting, Carrie knows how to keep us on our toes. Dressed in what she calls a “decade-inspired wardrobe,” Carrie rocked the CMA stage on Nov. 2 in a grey-toned, metallic mini-dress that sparkled under the lights. She, along with other icons like Reba McEntire, opened the evening with a compilation of country music’s best songs.
The last time we saw Carrie, she was making us crying as she sang “Like I’ll Never Love You Again.” Like all of us, Carrie got pretty emotional as well as she thanked her husband and son while accepting the CMT’s Artists Of The Year honor. The mother-of-one showed off her incredibly toned legs that night in a metallic, cut out dress and sparkly earrings to match. As much as we loved Carrie’s performance at the CMA’s, we’d be lying if we said her dress wasn’t a real show-stopper.
“So I’m gonna kinda start and end the night as me, but throughout the evening, it’ll be like sixties, seventies, eighties, nineties, like early 2000s,” she confessed to ABC News in the days leading up to the CMAs. Carrie had MULTIPLE outfit changes throughout the night, each one more magnificent than the next. No wonder she’s nominated for Entertainer Of The Year! Carrie did such a great job singing and playing hostess, so let’s give her another round of applause.
