A hot guy got stabbed on the Aug. 4 episode of Scream and we’re still reeling from it. Seriously — pretty people shouldn’t be knifed. On a positive note, there’s a good chance this person is still alive, but based on the preview for next week’s episode, it looks like his chances of survival will be dependent on Emma’s (Willa Fitzgerald) actions.
Before we get ahead of ourselves, we’ll back it up a bit to explain what events led to this unfortunate stabbing. After Emma and Kieran (Amadeus Serafini) finished having sex in an open field, she explained her desire to face her fear of Brandon James, so he decided to take her to Brandon’s childhood home. But once inside, Emma lost track of Kieran, which is when the killer called her and scared her into believing Kieran’s the one behind all the murders. Emma tried running out of the house, but she got knocked to the ground by the killer. Emma then ripped off the killer’s mask only to see herself and BOOM — it was just a dream. (Either Emma has a long-lost twin or that was totally creepy.) Anyway, back at Emma’s house, she walked downstairs to find her mom (Tracy Middendorf) kissing the sheriff (Jason Wiles) goodbye. Obviously, they also had their own night of “fun.”
Later at school, Audrey (Bex Taylor-Klaus) was summoned by the police for questioning after her DNA was found inside the Brandon James mask — the same one that was discovered on Tyler’s head at the abandoned hospital. The detective explained that they obtained a warrant to search Audrey’s house, but before they got there, Audrey asked Emma to remove an SD card from her bedroom. Emma watched the video on the SD card, which showed Audrey wanting to seek revenge on Nina after the kissing video was released. Obviously, Audrey felt the video was incriminating. But she later explained to Emma that once the camera stopped rolling, Rachel (Sosie Bacon), who filmed the video, threw her car keys into an open field and she never made it to Nina’s house the night she died.
Furthermore, Noah (John Karna) still believes Mr. Branson’s (Bobby Campo) tied to the killer in some way, as he explained to Audrey that the hot teacher could have been helping Nina (Bella Thorne) access multiple people’s webcams, who in turn started murdering people for revenge. So in his words, “everyone’s a suspect.”
And once Brooke (Carlson Young) confronted Will (Connor Weil) about his blackmailing scheme, Will decided to meet the Mayor Maddox (Bryan Batt) and hand over the money he collected, as well as the “last remaining copy of the video.” When the mayor asked Will if he watched the video, he said no. But as soon as he handed the mayor the cash and video, the mayor reached behind his back and grasped a gun he had hidden in his pants. Will begged the mayor not to kill him for finally doing something “right,” which seemed to work. But as the mayor exited the empty warehouse, he warned Will that there’s a killer on the loose. And that’s when Piper (Amelia Rose Blaire) came out of hiding. It seems like Will had asked her to come there and record the entire interaction. But once they started rehashing what happened, the killer emerged. After knocking Piper out and stabbing Will in the stomach, he or she dragged Will away as he screamed for Piper to help him.
Ah! We seriously hope doesn’t die. He’s way too hot. But after witnessing this new attack, we have to ask: who do YOU think is the killer, HollywoodLifers? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
