Ever since the news broke that Chris Brown, 25, is the father to an alleged 9-month-old little girl, we’ve been waiting to find out more details about her name. Breezy’s baby mama, Nia Amey, 31, reportedly knew he was the father and took that into consideration when she named their daughter Royalty.

Chris may not have been physically there during the signing of Royalty’s birth certificate, but Nia definitely had him in mind when she settled on the little girl’s name.

“She knew whose that baby was, so that name ‘Royalty’ came [about] because she will be royalty,” Terry Amey, Nia’s ex-husband, told RadarOnline. So cute, and yes, Chris has more than enough money to make sure his little girl lives like royalty!

But we have to say, wow, because according to Terry, Nia knew full well that Chris was the dad. One has to wonder why it took her so long to let the “Loyal” singer know.

“It might be a shock to the world being that Chris Brown is a father and now he’s going to have to step up to do right thing,” Terry went on to tell the outlet. A BIG shock.

Chris Will Help Raise 9-Month-Old Royalty

An insider told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Chris will no doubt do the right thing and be there to help raise Royalty. “Chris has always taken care of his family and most of everybody around him. He’s not going to be an absent father and not take care of his kid. He’s got a mountain of money and he will support his child no doubt,” the source said.

We’ve also learned that Chris has even offered his house to Nia and Royalty. “Chris has made it crystal clear to Nia that he’s going to be there for the the baby, financially and all, and at this point has even told her that his home is open to the both her and the baby,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
