This is all so tragic. Three weeks before Robin Williams‘ death, the actor posted a photo of himself on Instagram to celebrate his birthday, which was on July 21. In the pic, Robin talks about a visit from one of his favorite “leading ladies.” Read the details below.
This is all so very sad.
Robin posted an Instagram photo of himself three weeks before his Aug. 11 death. In the photo, Robin looks to the side and grins as a monkey sits on his shoulder. The Instagram post’s text read: “Happy Birthday to me! A visit from one of my favorite leading ladies, Crystal.”
Robin turned 63 on July 21. It’s reported that Robin snapped this photo at the San Francisco zoo. The monkey on Robin’s shoulder is reportedly the same monkey that stars with Robin in the upcoming Night At The Museum 3, according to Page Six.
We now know that Robin was found dead in a slightly suspended, seated position with a belt around his neck in a bedroom inside his Tiburon, California home. The other end of the belt was between a closed door and a door frame, Marin County Sheriff’s Lt. Keith Boyd confirmed during a press conference on Aug. 12.
Robin lived in the home with his wife, Susan Schneider. HollywoodLife.com has now learned that Susan “refuses” to be in the home where her husband reportedly took his life.
“Susan hasn’t gone back to the house. I jogged by there yesterday evening — there were flowers outside the house, but she was gone. No cars. No lights. Nothing. The neighbor says Susan refuses to be there, let alone live another day inside,” a source revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Robin’s family and friends during this difficult time.
