But he’s about to have some stiff competition from One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles, who went shirtless for a behind-the-scenes video from 1D’s seven-hour streaming event, ‘1-D Day,’ and we definitely like what we’re seeing!

The Biebs has been an abs enthusiast for a long time, so it’s no surprise that he took to Instagram to show off his hard work on Nov. 22. “Flexed up lol,” he wrote, over a collage of shirtless photos taken from his latest tour:

Harry hasn’t been quite as forthcoming when it comes to his pectoral area, so 1D fans must have been thrilled when he showed off his buff body in the behind-the-scenes vid for 1D Day. Harry treated Directioners to a lengthy workout montage, which totally explains why Harry looks as buff as he does, despite his narrow frame:
Yum! Harry is definitely a workout fiend — not only does he work up a sweat with his personal trainer before bed, he also wakes up at the crack of dawn for a Bikram yoga sesh! We admire your dedication, Harry, but will not be duplicating your workout routine anytime soon. Sounds like a nightmare!
