Ciara V. Kim Kardashian: Which 15-Carat Engagement Ring Do You Like?
Love is certainly in the air for these pals — and they’re BOTH sporting flawless, 15-carat engagement rings. But which bling do you like better? VOTE.
It’s about that time for another ring face-off! Kim Kardashian‘s beautiful sparkler is still a major topic of discussion, however, we now have a new engagement ring to gush over — and it’s Ciara‘s! The 28-year old beauty was surprised by boyfriend Future with a birthday proposal, (just like Kim was!), and he gave her bride-to-be a ring that also added up to 15 carats. While they both are gorgeous, do you have a favorite?
Ciara’s Engagement Ring:
Future decided to make it official with his sweetheart when he popped the question on Oct. 27, just two days after Ciara’s 28th birthday. He presented the “Body Party” singer with a flawless, 15-carat diamond ring from NYC-based celebrity jeweler Avianne & Co. Her emerald-cut ring featured a flawless, eight carat diamond that was flanked by two 2 1/2 carat diamonds on each side, while the shank of the band was surrounded by emerald-cut diamonds.
“This is major bling! It is an emerald-cut diamond and has two large emerald cut diamonds flanking the center stone. This ring is a major attention getter,” Shari Fabrikant of Robert Fabrikant Inc. told us. “Since it is made up of flawless diamonds, full retail price for a flawless ring like that could cost anywhere from $$1,000,000-$1,500,000.”
“Ciara has an absolutely beautiful three stone, emerald cut diamond ring. There is no doubt that Future took his time in creating this custom piece, due to the design, eternity band and large size,” said Brian Watkins, President of Ritani.
Kim Kardashian’s Engagement Ring:
Kim’s boyfriend Kanye West surprised our favorite reality star with a beautiful sparkler for her 33rd birthday on Oct. 21. Kanye presented Kim with a gorgeous Lorraine Schwartz sparkler that matches Kim’s style perfectly. The ring features a flawless, emerald-cut diamond. This beautiful piece of bling is made up of a whopping 15-carat diamond, which just so happens to be the same amount as Ciara’s ring!
Friends Ciara and Kim have yet another thing in common now, and it’s their engagements! After all, the news of Ciara’s surprise birthday proposal comes just a week after Kanye popped the question to Kim on her birthday. Considering Kim and Ciara are so close, we think it’s so sweet that they are both in the same stages of life — we’re sure they have so much to talk about!
There is no argument that both rings are beautiful. In my opinion I would have to go with Kim’s ring.
