You’ve broken a sweat – now what should you eat? From some great tips, we spoke to Christian Castano, trainer and general manager at LA’s Dogpound luxury gym. 

Here’s are his tips!

Anything you eat after workout should have 3 elements: a protein, a carb and a vegetable.

Protein Tips: If you’re looking to stay lean, go with chicken of Fish.

Protein Tip: If you’re bulking up, enjoy some steak!

Carb Tip: Good carbs only -- brown rice, whole wheat, or quinoa!

Veggie Tip: Green is good!
