Whether it’s spring break, summer vacation, or a winter holiday, packing can be overwhelming! Here are some tips for essentials you should bring on any and every trip you’ll take this year.

SUNGLASSES

Just because it’s fall or winter, doesn’t mean the sun won’t be out where you’re going. Protect your eyes, and thank us later.

A HAT

Dealers choice on what kind, but it’s a multi-purpose accessory: brightens up an outfit, keeps the sun out of your eyes, or just hides a bad hair day while you’re away!

LIP BALM

Keep your pucker moisturized and as an added bonus, look glowy in your photos!

A CAMERA

Speaking of photos, while your phone can do basically everything, if you’re a shutterbug, bring your actual camera to capture some of the more important moments.

MEDICINE

You know your body, so if you’re someone who has terrible allergies or a sensitive tummy, don’t bank on where you’re going to have what you need. Plan ahead.

WATER BOTTLE

Save the planet, bring a reusable one. Most airports and hotels will let you fill up with filtered water for free and then you’re good to go!

CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN YOUR CARRY ON

The worst feeling in the world? Your luggage  being lost. The second-worst feeling? Being in the same stinky clothes for two days. So, plan for the worst!

A JOURNAL

A picture is worth a 1000 words, but sometimes, it’s nice to write down some of the thoughts and feelings you have when you’re totally and completely relaxed.
