After the longest wait EVER, Stranger Things fans were finally able to watch the first volume of Stranger Things 4 on May 27. Now, here’s everything to know about Volume 2.
The final episodes of Stranger Things 4 will drop on Friday July 1 at 12amPST/3amEST.
The final two episodes, Episode 8 & 9, are LONG, with the finale clocking in at 2 hours and 19 minutes.
The cliffhanger of episode 7 leaves Nancy’s fate in the balance after she’s possessed by Vecna. However, trailers show Nancy recovered and back in the fight alongside Steve and Robin.
Speaking of fate, lovers of newcomer Argyle, played by Eduardo Franco, will be happy to know that he doesn’t meet the same end as Barb, Bob, and Billy, according to the star. He’ told E! News, “"I have yet to play a character that that dies. So that would have been an experience. You know, is that a spoiler? I don't die."
However, not everyone is safe. "I would be concerned about the characters going into Volume 2, for sure," co-creator Ross Duffer told Variety. "I hope that that is sort of the sense, because it is a darker season and the kids are no longer kids. So everybody is in danger.
Another big plot point that will be addressed is Will’s sexuality. It's been hinted that the question of his orientation will have an answer by the end.
