The following reveals plot points and casting for the upcoming Marvel film, “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. Go no further if you don’t want to be spoiled!

The buzz around Tom Holland’s return as Peter Parker is palpable, with so many rumors swirling on what will happen in his third and perhaps final film as Spider-Man. But here’s what we know:

Two Avengers will be fighting alongside Peter: Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Wong (Benedict Wong).

Villains from other Spider-Man movies are confirmed to be appearing, including Octavius (Alfred Molina), Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), and Electro (Jamie Foxx).

In the new trailer, Zendaya’s character MJ can be seen falling backwards off a tall building, a call back to fatal scene in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ franchise.

Also in the trailer, Peter Parker reveals that he knows he can’t ‘save’ everyone, hinting that we could lose some beloved characters in this next film. (But let’s hope not!)

As for whether Tobey McGuire and Andrew Garfield will be reprising their Spidey roles, that remains – UNKNOWN.

'Spider-Man: No Way Home'  will hit theaters on Friday, December 17, 2021.
