Focus on eating better and getting moving. That’s key.

TIP 1: Forget the  Insane Diet Program:

45 minutes or less, whether that be cleaning your house, walking your dog, walking your kids, doing anything!

Tip 2: Move Everyday:

If clients do slip off or they have a bad meal, I just tell them, ‘You know what? Forget about it. That’s in the past.'

Tip 3:  Be Kind to Yourself

Easier said than done, but it’s a big factor in keeping yourself healthy.

Tip 4: Avoid Stress

Yes, it's fun, but cut back. That’s one of the things you wouldn’t do if you were not in quarantine.
