POLTERGEIST II: THE OTHER SIDE
1986
Less than 5 years later, the story continued with the original cast returning as the Freeling family fighting supernatural forces again.
POLTERGEIST III
1988
Shortly after, the third installment hit theaters, with Heather O’Rourke reprising her role, but being terrorized at a new family member’s house.
The final film of the original trilogy was incredibly sad, given that the young star died several months before the release. At just 11 years old, she died of complications after septic shock.

2015
Decades later, the franchise was rebooted, starring Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt and Jared Harris.
40 years later, the franchise is still considered one of the most terrifying in the horror genre!
