Tip 1:
Your liquid to oats ratio should be 2:1 ratio. Too much liquid, and the oats won’t firm up; too little, and you’ve got brittle oats!
Tip 2:
You truly need to let your oats sit overnight! No less than 8 hours in the fridge, or else they won’t come out right!
