The twins have quite literally grown up before the eyes of the world and as TV darlings, they launched an empire that made them so much more. See how they’ve grown from toddlers to tycoons.
In 1987, the girls launched their careers at two years old with the role that would make them famous: Michelle Tanner on ‘Full House’.
The world watched them grow up into young ladies as ‘Full House’ ran from 1987 – 1995.
After some big hit TV movies, the twins' launch 'The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley', a video series that launched their empire.
By the year 2000, the girls had made 5 big-screen movies, including It Takes Two, Billboard Dad, and Passport To Paris.
They were off to the races then, making a movie a year from 2000-2004, including the favorite, ‘Winning London’.
The last movie the girls made together was ‘New York Minute’.
In 2006, the girls launched their fashion line ‘The Row’ and since giving up acting, have been embraced by the fashion industry as icons.
Today, the women run numerous high-end fashion lines and even won Womenswear Designer of the Year in 2012.
